On Tuesday, November 1st, the Ava Pride Band traveled to Marshfield to audition for District Band. Nine students qualified for State band in December, more than the Saccos have ever had qualify before. This year also brought the largest number of students to qualify for District band as well. Three Ava students made it to Honor Band, which is the highest band, and seven made it into Concert Band.

Honor Band Students:

1st Chair Alto Clarinet: Madison Curtis

3rd Chair Bassoon: Wyatt Barrus

2nd Chair Tenor Sax: River Stark

Concert Band Students:

1st Chair Piccolo: Chloe McKee

2nd Chair Oboe: Belle Giorgianni

1st Chair Contra Alto: AJ VanVanlkenburg

2nd Chair Trumpet: Kobi Gasek

8th Chair Trumpet: Tristin Lapointe

11th Chair Trumpet: Aaron Mayo

2nd Chair Percussion Opt. 3: Benen Canape
