Life After Graduation

Are you Ready?

The different types of seniors.

The different types of seniors.

Kaitlyn Rowe

Are you ready for real life? I’m certainly not. It takes a lot to be truly ready for life after graduation. There is just so much that needs to be done, but don’t worry. Just take a deep breath and keep moving forward, trust me, we will make it out of this alive.

College applications, scholarships, ACT, SAT,  clubs, college trips, school work. It’s a lot, I know. But trust me, we’ve got this. One step at a time and we’ll make it through. Honestly, we should have already applied for college, sure. Yes, maybe we should have started on the scholarships months ago, and yeah, both the ACT and SAT suck. I get it. And let’s not forget not all of us are even going to college.  You might not hear it enough, but that’s okay. You don’t have to go to college to be successful. You’ll be okay.  Get out there and hunt for that job. Join the workforce, learn from the world, live and don’t worry. We are young, our whole lives are spreading out before. Let me repeat, IT WILL BE OKAY. I promise.

(We will be doing a future video interviewing seniors at Ava High School about how they have prepared for life after graduation.)
